What stays on your device

Everything you type into a generator, including business names, personal names, addresses, activity descriptions and any edits to clause text, is processed in your browser. It is not sent to our servers or to analytics. If you choose "Keep my answers on this device," your browser saves them in local storage so they are there when you come back. You can turn that off or press "Clear my answers" at any time.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage events, such as which step of the questionnaire was completed, which industry was chosen, the risk level, whether minors were selected and whether a download button was pressed. These use fixed choices only and never contain what you typed. The state you pick is not collected.
• Checkout reservations: if you enter your email on the checkout page, we store the email, the plan and the document type so we can tell you once when checkout opens. Nothing is charged.
• Messages you send through the contact form, with the email address you choose to give.
• A random visitor id stored in your browser to count visits, and a short-lived salted hash of your network address used only for rate limiting.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous usage statistics: page views and the fixed-choice events described above, such as which pricing plan was clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits. It never receives what you type into a generator or your email address. Our hosting provider may measure aggregate page traffic without using cookies. We do not sell your information and we show no advertising at this time.

Your choices

You can clear your answers from this device with one button, clear your browser storage, or ask us to delete your checkout email by using the contact page or by emailing support@liabilitywaivermaker.site.
